nest is a professional community for people working in mental health, behavioural health and technology. We do not provide mental health care, treatment, or crisis support, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you or someone you know needs help now, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line. You can find one at findahelpline.com.
By accessing or using the nest Mental Health Foundation website ("the site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
nest Mental Health Foundation is a registered foundation connecting founders, clinicians, researchers and advocates working in digital mental health. The site provides information about our community, a directory of organisations in the field, blog content, events, and member features.
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
— Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
— Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
— Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or extract data from the site without our written permission.
— Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when creating an account or interacting with the community.
The membership environment is a space to connect, not to sell. You agree not to use it to advertise, market or sell your product or services to other members. If you want to offer a specific service, you may only do so on the collaboration board within the membership environment. This is a firm rule. Members who breach it may be removed from nest.
Certain features of the site require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
All content on this site, including text, images, design, logos, and blog articles, is the property of nest Mental Health Foundation or its contributors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
The articles and resources published on the nest blog are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, clinical guidance, or professional recommendations. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions relating to mental health care.
The nest directory is a curated reference of publicly available organisations working in digital mental health. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any product, service, or organisation listed. We verify listings but are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party information.
The site contains links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, nest Mental Health Foundation disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
For questions about these terms, contact us.
nest is a professional community, not a mental health care or crisis service. In an emergency, contact your local services or find a crisis line at findahelpline.com.
